Social anxiety is the fear of social situations that involves interaction with other people. Meaning to say, person that experienced to have a social anxiety has a fear to evaluate with others because she/he was afraid to be judged by people.
When a certain person experiencing this kind of disorder, people around his/her surrounding seen her/him as shy, quiet, withdrawn, unfriendly, and etc.
People with this kind of disorder also wanted to make friends and they also wanted to socialize with other people but social anxiety prevents people from being able to do the things that they want to do.
Trigging symptoms of social anxiety usually experienced significant distress when they are being introduced to other people, being teased or criticize,being the center of attention, and many many more.
Social anxiety can also cause some emotional symptoms like high levels of fear, nervousness, automatic negative emotional cycles, racing heart, blushing, and etc.
Some treatment for social anxiety disorder are congitive behavioral therapy.
This therapy is marked successfully by physicians under the social therapy
in my personal case, having a multitude of hobbies has helped me develop some amazing skills.
